Mobile Massage FAQ's

What is included in a mobile massage session?

When you book a mobile massage, I bring the full spa experience to your home. I provide everything we need for a relaxing session, including:

  • A massage table with a cozy table warmer

  • Fresh, clean linens

  • Soft background music

  • All necessary massage supplies​

 

How much space do you need?

I need a clear space approximately 8 by 10 feet in size. It doesn’t need to be fancy—just make sure the area is clean, free of furniture and clutter so I can set up safely and comfortably.
Most clients prefer their living room or another open space, as long as it allows for ease of movement around the massage table.

What are the parking requirements?

Please ensure there is nearby parking available at your location, and clear access to the entrance. If paid parking is required, the fee will be added to your total.

When should I expect you to arrive?

I’ll arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to set up and will need another 10 minutes after your session to pack up.

 

Will I receive a confirmation after booking?

Yes—once you've booked, your appointment will be confirmed by email. ​

What if I live in a building with stairs?

Ground-floor access is required. If your home is located above the first floor and does not have elevator access, I’ll need to kindly decline due to the equipment I bring.​

Is an intake form required?

Yes. Before your first appointment begins, I’ll provide a short intake form for you to complete once I arrive at your home. This quick form helps me understand your needs, customize your session, and ensure your safety and comfort.

What areas do you serve?

I currently offer mobile massage within a 15-mile radius of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and primarily serve the Northwest Arkansas area.
Please note: I am licensed to practice massage only in Arkansas, so I am unable to provide services across state lines.
If you're outside the 15-mile range, a small travel fee may apply.

How should I prepare for my session?

Wear comfortable clothing before your session, but once I’m set up, I’ll step out of the room to allow you to get undressed to your comfort level. You’ll be fully draped with sheets at all times, and I’ll only undrape the area I’m actively working on. Your privacy and comfort are always respected.

What types of massage do you offer?

I specialize in a range of services, including:

  • Relaxation massage

  • Therapeutic massage

  • Cupping therapy

  • Prenatal massage

 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I understand things come up. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

What happens in case of inclement weather?
Your safety—and mine—is always a priority. In the event of severe or inclement weather (such as storms, icy roads, or flooding), your session may need to be rescheduled. I’ll stay in close contact and make the call based on local conditions to ensure everyone’s safety.

Can someone else be home during the massage?

Yes, someone else can be home. For your comfort and to create a peaceful environment, I recommend keeping the space quiet.

What about pets in the home during a massage?
I love animals and understand they’re part of your family. I ask about pets in the intake form so I can come prepared. It’s helpful to know in advance if any animals will be present. Please ensure the environment is safe and allows for a calm, focused session.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid online.

Do you offer massage to men?

My practice serves women only. I am not accepting new male clients at this time. The only exceptions are established personal connections or long-term clients I have previously approved.
