Please review the following policies to help ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

These policies are in place to protect the value of everyone’s time. Missed or last-minute changes often cannot be filled on short notice.

Illness Policy

If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session.

• Appointments will not be held if you arrive showing signs of illness.

• In that case, you will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled treatment.

Appointment Time Policy

To ensure a relaxed and uninterrupted experience, please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Sessions end as scheduled and cannot be extended due to late starts or interruptions.

 

Arrival Times

• In-office sessions: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in and settle.

• Mobile sessions: I will arrive at your location approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled session to set up and begin on time.

 

Inclement Weather

•  Sessions may be rescheduled in the event of severe or unsafe weather (such as storms, icy roads, or flooding). Your safety and mine are always the priority.

• I’ll stay in contact and make adjustments as needed based on local conditions.

Payment

• Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and credit card.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

 

Gift Certificate Policy

• Gift certificates expire two years from the date of purchase.

• All gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• A no-call/no-show will result in the gift certificate being marked as redeemed and void.

Professional Boundaries

This is a professional massage practice. Inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full service fee will be charged.
